• Any charges for a manual or Evacuation , hospitalisation in case of a Medical emergency ..
• Personal Gear / Specialiesd clothing for cold weather.
• Any other services not specified in inclusion..
• Yak if needed...

Cancellation Policy

We realize that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of neccesity or emergency. Neverthless , cancellation are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time , communications costs and advance purchased bills . therefore , all cancellations would be charged the following fee..

• Important : Advance is not refundable..
• Before 60 days :25 % of the balance (out of total cost paid)..
• Before 30 day : 60 % of the tour balance..
• Before 15 day : 100% of the tour balance..

If you fail to join a tour, join after departure , or leave it prior to its completion , no refund can be made the above cancellation fee are in additional to fee which may be levied by accomodation house properties , travel Agent or third party tous and transport operation cancellation fee.

Cancellation due to landslide/ snowfall/Avalanche/ Bad weather:

If the tours is cancelled/postponed due to landslide/snowfall/Avalanche/ bad weather condition /road blockade or any weather reated problems at the last moment , no refund would be made . if the road is blocked and guest miss a stay at next destinataion , full cost of the hotel stay would be charged ,in addition to triff of the hotel booked instantly by us for their own expenses , if a particular destination is cancelled at last movement ,full amount would be charged . the strict policy is applied as nature and its plays are beyound our control . This is rare situation but can happen to anyone.

Terms & Condition

• If in case client wish to Prepone/Postpone travel date so request should reach us 60 day prior to Journey date vie mail / wattsapp.
• The company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided .
• Customers must carry the Passport , Driving License , voter ID Card or Adhar card. At certain site seeing places / hotel , the identification proof is required for which company has no control And its mandatory .
• Check In & Check out time as per Hotel / homestay policies . Standard check in is 12 PM checkout time of Hotel /Homestay is 10 A.M ( Early Check in / late Checkout is as per hotel /homestay Policies & room avilability in Hotel /homestay)
• Company have the right to change the hotel /homestay accommodation due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative , similar acommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund .we will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property at hotel . similarly Any damage caused to the hotel room during your stay , shall be payable by the clients and the company Will not be liable for the same.

Please Note :

• The average day temperature on the snow leopard expedition will be @ -5 degree C and it can drop down to -20 degrees C in the night. The rooms of the home stay in Kibber are wood heated making it warm and comfortable.
• All guests must take out comprehensive travel insurance covering them for personal effects, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation.
• Guests with medical history of breathing or Heart related diseases are advised to consult their doctor and will need to present a Doctor's certificate.
• The Itinerary of the Snow Leopard expedition will be flexible and might change due to heavy snowfall or unavoidable circumstances.
• The Home Stay in Tabo and Kibber are basic but comfortable and hygienic. They are one of the best available options in both destinations considering the remoteness of the area.
